The basics
What is a Hugsy page, exactly?
A small website made for one person. Instead of a card or a forwarded reel, it is a page that is only about them, with your photos, your words and your voice, kept at one private link.
How long does it take to make?
About ten minutes if you build it yourself: pick a template, answer a few questions, add photos, publish. You can start now and come back later, and nothing is lost in between.
Do I need any design skills?
None. There is no canvas to fight and no boxes to drag. You answer prompts, and the page composes itself around your answers and the theme you pick.
Can I see a real one before I start?
Yes, and not a mockup. https://pages.hugsy.app/s/for-shradha is a real page, made for someone's wife while she was away. Every example we show is a page somebody actually sent.
For the person receiving it
Does the person I send it to need an account?
No. They tap the link and the page opens. No sign up, no app to install, nothing to pay. It works on any phone.
Can I print it or put it on a gift?
Yes. Every page comes with a QR code you can print, stick on a present, or put inside a card. They scan it and the page opens.
What if they open it on an old phone, or with bad signal?
It is built for exactly that. Pages are phone-first and deliberately light, photos are resized before they are ever served, and there is no app layer in the way. If the signal is poor the words arrive first and the photographs fill in.
Privacy and safety
Is the page private?
By default the link is unlisted, not indexed by search engines, and only reachable by someone you send it to. If you want more, you can lock it with a code only they know, such as a date that means something to you both.
What happens to my photos and words?
They are used to build your page and nothing else. We do not sell them, show ads against them, or hand them to anyone. You can ask us to delete a page and its photos at any time and we will.
Who at Hugsy can read what I write?
If you build the page yourself, nobody goes looking. If you asked us to write it for you, then one person reads your answers in order to write it, because that is the thing you asked for.
What it costs
How much does it cost?
₹99 for one page, paid once, and it stays up for good. Nothing to pay for the person receiving it.
Is there a subscription?
No. There is no monthly fee, no renewal, and no card kept on file. One payment covers one page for as long as the page exists.
Does the page ever expire?
No. There is no lapse date and nothing to renew. A keepsake that 404s on an anniversary would defeat the whole point, so the link simply keeps working.
Can I change it after I publish?
As often as you like, at no extra cost. Fix a typo, swap a photo, or add a whole new chapter on next year's anniversary.
What if it is not right?
Tell us what is off and we fix it. If we wrote the page for you, we would rather go back and forth twice than have you send something that does not sound like you.
