Refunds
Last updated 13 August 2026
Draft — not yet in force. The registered operating entity has not been filled in. This document must be completed and reviewed before Hugsy Pages accepts payment.
Payments to [REGISTERED ENTITY — TO BE COMPLETED] for Hugsy Pages are one-time, per page. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
You pay after you have seen it
Building and previewing a page is free. Payment happens at the moment you publish — by which point you have already written the words, added the photographs and seen exactly what will be sent. That ordering is deliberate: it is meant to make refunds rare because nobody is buying something unseen.
When we refund in full
- You were charged more than once for the same page.
- Payment succeeded but the page did not publish, and we cannot fix it promptly.
- The page is broken in a way that is our fault and we cannot repair it.
- You were charged without authorising it.
When we usually will not
- The page published correctly and you changed your mind about sending it.
- You are unhappy with wording or photographs you chose — editing is free and unlimited.
- The recipient reacted differently than you hoped. We cannot help with that one.
These are guidelines, not a wall. If your situation is genuinely unfair, write to us and a person — not a form — will read it.
How to ask
Email admin@hugsy.app within 7 days of the payment, from the address on the account, with the page link and roughly what went wrong.
How long it takes
We respond within 2 working days. An approved refund is returned through Razorpay to the original payment method, and typically reaches you in 5–7 working days depending on your bank. We do not charge a processing fee on refunds.
What happens to the page
A refunded page is unpublished, and its link stops working. Tell us if you would like the content deleted entirely rather than kept as a draft.
