Terms

Draft — not yet in force. The registered operating entity has not been filled in. This document must be completed and reviewed before Hugsy Pages accepts payment.
These terms apply when you use Hugsy Pages, operated by [REGISTERED ENTITY — TO BE COMPLETED]. Using the service means you accept them.
What the service is
Hugsy Pages lets you build a personal web page from a template, publish it at a private link, and share that link. The person receiving it needs no account and pays nothing.
Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of everything you upload — photographs, writing, voice recordings. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, convert it into the sizes and formats a browser needs, and display it to whoever opens your page.
We do not use your content to advertise, and we do not use it to train models.
What you may not publish
You confirm you have the right to use what you upload. You may not use Hugsy Pages to:
- publish a photograph of someone who has not agreed to appear, where they would object;
- harass, threaten, impersonate or defame anyone;
- publish sexual content involving minors, or content that is illegal in India;
- infringe someone else’s copyright;
- disguise the page as another company’s, or use it to collect passwords or payment details.
We may remove a page that breaks these rules, usually without warning where someone is being harmed. If you think we got it wrong, write to us and a person will look again.
How long a page lasts
A published page stays live for as long as we operate the service. If we ever have to shut it down we will give at least 60 days’ notice by email and provide a way to export your content. We will not delete a page you paid for without telling you first.
Editing after publishing
You can edit a published page as often as you like at no extra cost, and the link stays the same.
What we do not promise
We work hard to keep pages available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time — see Privacy. We may suspend an account that repeatedly breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts there have jurisdiction.
